Steph joins BAME recruitment with human resources and administration experience from working at start-up tech companies, non-profit organisations and the public sector.
Steph is passionate about challenging the misrepresentation of the marginalised and underrepresented in discourse, and contributing to a society where everyone is accepted and treated equally, irrespective of who they are.
Steph has a BA in International Relations with French from Swansea University and a Master’s in Global Studies from the University of Gothenburg.
In her free time, Steph spends her time watching Studio Ghibli films, brushing up on her French and (somewhat non-existent) Swedish, and drinking herbal tea.
Steph joined us through our Academy, a comprehensive training programme for individuals who want to develop a career with a D&I focus, support clients on their D&I journey, and thrive in a supportive workplace.
