We maintain a longstanding relationship with the Greater London Authority which extends across Recruitment and Advertising.
When approached in January 2018 to support on 2 roles - Head of Marketing and Head of Creative - GLA had advertised the role themselves but were unsuccessful in filling the positions. We formed a partnership with the aim to look at new ways to attract candidates with a diverse range of experiences, skills and backgrounds to deliver added value to the organisation.
Our partnership marked the GLA’s very first dual-branded recruitment campaign. We received over 300 applications for each role and successfully filled both positions.
Continuing our fruitful partnership, we have since headed numerous campaigns to attract diverse candidates to the GLA, including to the Mayors Press Office. The following are examples of the roles we have successfully placed: Deputy Head of Media, Press Officer (x4), Assistant Director for Housing, Environment and Health (x3), Committee Services Manager, Senior Policy Advisors (x2).
Additionally, we have a long-standing advertising arrangement in which we continually boost GLA vacancies to our diverse network of followers.
